Meet the owner, Stephanie, and learn about her journey to beginning Coherency.

I’m a New York native living in sunny Santa Monica. Soon after moving to LA, I left my job in the public school system and joined a local private practice where I became passionate about working closely with children’s whole family systems. I soon began offering my own private in-home services and further saw the value of performing therapy in the child’s natural environment. I loved experiencing a collective effort from the entire family unit. The same felt true when I began working with children in their respective schools. When our kids are in their comfortable, everyday environments, we can work better as a team, skills generalize faster, and a deeper relationship that goes beyond the traditional service provider/client dynamic develops.
